Bidancer Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the Bidancer platform uses and how you control them. Bidancer is operated by Knoxpo Solutions Private Limited ("Knoxpo", "we", "us"), Surat, Gujarat, India. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), which works similarly but never leaves your device with requests. Together we call these "cookies" below.
2. Cookies we set
Strictly necessary — always on
These make the platform work; they cannot be switched off in our settings (you can block them in your browser, but sign-in will stop working).

Preferences — stored on your device only
Browser storage that never accompanies requests to our servers: interface theme, sidebar and layout state, list view settings, recent searches, pagination position, and a short-lived marker that you accepted the platform policies at sign-up. Clearing your browser storage resets them.
Analytics — off unless you opt in
We do not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts on the platform. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future, it will load only if you have allowed the Analytics category in Cookie Settings; until then the toggle reserves your choice.
What we never use
No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no sale of data derived from cookies.
3. Your choices
- First visit: the cookie banner lets you accept all categories, keep strictly necessary only, or customise.
- Any time later: open Cookie Settings from the footer of any page to change your choice. Your decision is stored in the bd_cc cookie with the date and the policy version you saw.
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies are required for signing in.
- If this Cookie Policy changes materially, the banner reappears so you can decide again.
